court
in
a case over unpaid heating
bills
brought
by
his Zurich
landlord. In
a 2-page
defense,
Einstein
states
that there had been
an
oral
agreement
that
heating
costs
be
considered
part
of
the
monthly
rent.
In
his
rejoinder
to the
plaintiff’s
rebuttal,
Einstein admits to
having forgotten
to
include
heating charges
in the lease. The
judge
rules that
Einstein
pay
for
heating plus
interest, fees,
