In his meeting with Chicherin, AE must make reference to the July 1922 court decision regarding the Ginzburg library in order to request urgently that the Soviet government comply with the decision. From Raschko Zaycoff Sofia, 17 December 1925 In reply to AE’s letter, has immediately begun the investigation in two directions. First a clear formulation of the basic idea and a philosophical clarification of the formal prin- ciples, and then a strict mathematical exposition of its content, namely, a vector- analytical and infinitesimal-geometric interpretation of the formulas, and a justification of the theory based on the principle of action.
