You’re right to complain about my awful silence

I had to suffer directly from Mosz[kowski]’s book—even kindly Planck thought it

Being on the League of Nations Committee appealed to
me.[2]
In general, a more
hopeful time has dawned on European circumstances. The mentality over here ac-
tually leaves the most to be desired, which isn’t incomprehensible, though.
