The Committee for Intellectual Workers of the International Labour Office will be announced in October, so the nomination of a second representative is not urgent. From Johannes Otto Bleicherode, 15 May 1928 In Abs. 183, he predicted strong earthquakes between October 1927 and January 1928. Because his forecasts turned out to be correct, asks whether the letter reached AE. During the earthquake of December 1927 in Rome, a phenomenon was observed that confirms his assumption regarding the causes of earthquakes. Then he did not mention the connection with the daily rotation of the Earth, which is mostly of dynamo-electric and electromagnetic nature. ALS. [47 789]. 551.
