Testament.
In the event of my decease I stipulate as follows:
The existing assets in cash and securities as well as the apartment furnishings
and everything inside the apartment, with the below-mentioned exceptions, my
wife Elsa Einstein shall receive, or Ilse
Kaiser[1]
and Margot Einstein, in case the
former should die first.
My violins, my scientific manuscripts, and my study furnishings with the books
as well as the objects originating from my first marriage, shall go to my two
sons.[2]

P. S. Whatever books and other written materials my sons do not claim, the Li-
brary in Jerusalem shall
receive.[3]
