agreement for the English editions of Einstein 1920j and
1921c. Sends a new contract and requests the return of the

Referee’s report to secretariat of the physical-mathematical
class of the PAW. The author explains the formation of the
Earth’s surface by a rotation of the Southern Hemispehere
relative to the Northern Hemisphere in the direction of the
globe’s rotation. AE finds the author’s mechanistic explana-
tion, based on the inhomogeneous distribution of land
