Ehrenfest (see Abs. 429) that the Russian philosopher Semen Frank has applied to the League of Nations for the position of librarian, and recommends him warmly as a subtle scholar with a noble and unimpeachable character. Together with P. Langevin, they are organizing a large protest meeting on 24 February at the Palais du Trocadéro, where they will create the International League against Pogroms.
