From Heinrich Zangger Berlin, April 1927 At the time in Berlin, informs that Heinrich Zoelly of the Escher, Wyss & Cie in Zurich, is interested in AE’s and Szilard’s patents on refrigerators without moving parts (see Abs. 814). Marcel Grossmann has asked him for an expert opinion on the supposition that his current illness is a consequence of the unhealthy conditions in the classroom in which he had to deliver his lectures, which he intends to use for laying claim for repara- tion and to establish responsibilities. If Szilard’s income were in future to be less than that of an assistant professor, the net income would first be used to supplement his income up to that level an equal amount would be reserved for AE the rest would be divided equally.
